General Responsibilities include:

* to establish and maintain plans
* collect and report progress.
* follow up contractor plans
* be a part of developing various operation plans
* be a part of developing project planning procedures
* Planning tool will be Primavera

Required expertise:
General project control skills and operator experience would be beneficial, but not a requirement.
